DOES COURT CANDY SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We probably do! However, we only ship to locations that have "tracked packet" options with our courier.
To find out if we ship to your location, please initiate the checkout process and input your information. Once you reach the "shipping" section you will be presented with the options/prices available to you. If you do not see any options and are instead presented with an error message, unfortunately that means we do not deliver to your location.
The error may read "This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again." or simply "Error."
OUR SHIPMENT PROCESS:
1. As soon as you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email that includes a receipt with all of the items in your order (make sure to check your junk mail!).
2. After we receive your order, we process and package your items within 1-3 business days.
3. When your order is ready to go, you will receive another email notifying you of the shipment of your order, this email will also include your tracking number for your order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
All of our packages come with Tracked Shipping and we are not responsible for items once they have been shipped. If an item says "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipment company or courier. If we have documentation saying the package was successfully delivered to the address, then unfortunately we can not assist in the resolution of the issue, you must contact the shipment company or courier who the delivery was made by.
Items in our store marked as “available for PRE ORDER” are available to purchase now, but please keep in mind that the shipment time of these items will be longer than our other items. PRE ORDER items have a shipment time of approximately 3-5 weeks. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your PRE ORDERED item is shipped to you.
