- We'll review your exchange within 24-48 hours and send you approval and shipping instructions
- Ship your item back to us using any tracked shipping method
- We'll ship your new size once your return tracking shows movement

Exchange Requirements
- ✓ Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- ✓ Item must be in new, resellable condition
- ✓ Original tags must be attached
- ✓ Customer covers return shipping (typically $5-15)
- ✓ One exchange per order
- ✓ Exchange for different size only (same product)
- ✓ Exchanged items are final sale (no returns or additional exchanges)
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on items that show signs of wear beyond a brief try-on.

How do I start an exchange?
Simply fill out our Exchange Request Form with your order details and a photo of the unworn item with tags. We'll process your request within 24-48 hours.
Who pays for shipping?
You cover the cost to ship the item back to us (usually $5-15 with tracking). We'll cover the shipping cost to send you the new size.
When will you ship my new size?
We ship your new size as soon as your return tracking shows the package is in transit. This speeds up the process and gets your correct size to you faster!
Can I exchange for a different product?
No, exchanges are for sizing only. If you'd like a different product, you must place an entirely new order.
What if I need to exchange my exchanged item?
Exchanged items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again. That's why we encourage you to use our Size Guide located on each product page, and reach out with any sizing questions before requesting an exchange.
Can I exchange multiple items from one order?
Our policy allows one exchange per order. If you have multiple items that need exchanging, please contact us at exchanges@courtcandystore.com to discuss options.
What condition does my item need to be in?
Your item must be in new, resellable condition:
- Tried on briefly indoors only (just like in a store!)
- Tags still attached and undamaged
- No signs of wear (deodorant marks, stretching, pilling, etc.)
- Clean condition (no odors, pet hair, or stains)
- Not washed or altered in any way
Think of it this way: if you wouldn't buy it as "new" from a store, we can't accept it for exchange.
How long does the exchange process take?
Once you ship your item and it is in transit:
- 1-3 days to process and ship your new size
- 3-7 business days for delivery
- Total: Approximately 7-15 business days
Where do I ship my return?
After your exchange is approved, we'll provide you with our return address. Please include your order number inside the package.
What if my desired size is out of stock?
If your requested size becomes unavailable, we'll contact you immediately to offer:
- A full refund
- A notification when the size is back in stock
- Alternative product recommendations
Do you offer international exchanges?
Currently, our exchange program is available for US and Canadian orders only.
