MESH SHORTS - PAISLEY (PINK)

Reaaallly love the color of these. The shorts have a nice solid feel to them, not flimsy at all. Very comfortable. Would buy more colorways!

These shorts just came in the mail today and it’s beyond what I expected! The quality is amazing, breathable, and well-stitched. The vibrant pink paisley design pops, and the “LOOK SWEET” and “CANDY” patches add a fun, playful vibe. They fit perfectly and are true to size. I’ll definitely be buying the other shorts that are in stock. Highly recommend!

Hey there, first thing to get out; I am a guy, between sizes, so it wasn't clear to me if I should take the Small or Medium. I took the Medium size and here's the deal; the shorts fit, but since I don't have a stocky/thicker build I float a little bit in them. I would say that on me, it doesn't look as fitted as the models pictured here. If you are between sizes and want the look on the pics, size down. If you want the chill loose look, take the higher of the 2 sizes you're in between.

I will be reordering in the future, in size small.

Now the nice stuff; in my youth I studied garment manufacturing, so try to trust this internet stranger when I tell you this;

Above the pocket hole they have a bar-tack do prevent ripping and make the pocket lay flat. If you don't know what I'm talking about; this means the pocket is VERY WELL CONCEIVED AND CONSTRUCTED.

The drawstring has metal tips to prevent fraying. This is a higher quality detail you need to lookout for. Most cheaper brands do not do that.

The holes where the drawstrings are coming out of are riveted, again, this is GREAT. Most cheap brands will simply have hole cut in the fabric, this can flay over time. The riveted waistband is a very nice thing for longevity.

An other important detail, the weight of the fabric. Mesh like that is made with different types of Nylon, classic shorts and tank tops from the 90's are very heavy, this is good, the fabric would drape. Heavier fabric = thicker fabric. Lots of brands have nice looking fabrics but they are so thin it feels like thick paper almost. Think of Candy in the midrange; the weight is enough that the shorts drape properly, the fabric is thick enough that they shorts will stay in good shape. I personally would prefer heavier weight on my shorts; but reasonably, Court Candy is choosing a good fabric, it can be better "overall" but on the market of cool-looking shorts, they are on the higher end of quality for sure.

If you want whimsical looking shorts; I recommend Court Candy; the details are there to prove this is not a cash grab, they are careful about quality, design, and longevity.
